Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing and using the Golden Phoenix Express (GPE) Drivers Hub, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the GPE Drivers Hub.

2. Account Creation

  • To access the GPE Drivers Hub, users must create an account.
  • During the account creation process, users are required to provide a username, password, and complete a CAPTCHA provided by Google.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account on the GPE Drivers Hub, with exceptions made for individuals aged 13 and above with parental consent.
  • Users are required to adhere to the general rules and guidelines of the Golden Phoenix Express Virtual Trucking Company (VTC).

4. User Data and Privacy

  • The GPE Drivers Hub will collect and store login data, including usernames and encrypted passwords, in a private database hosted by MongoDB.
  • We do not share user data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Data Usage and Security

  • The GPE Drivers Hub allows users to view logged job details, profiles of other drivers, upcoming convoys, and provides download links to software used (but not owned) by the VTC.
  • We implement security measures to protect user data and ensure privacy.
  • Passwords are encrypted on the server, and we do not have access to the unencrypted versions.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • The GPE Drivers Hub is provided on an "as is" basis.
  • While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided, we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.
  • The GPE Drivers Hub and its administrators will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the hub.

7. Modification of Terms

  • The GPE Drivers Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
  • It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.

8. Termination of Account

  • The GPE Drivers Hub reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service or the general VTC rules.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Golden Phoenix Express Virtual Trucking Company is based.
