These Terms of Service outline the rules, responsibilities, and conditions that apply when you access or use the Golden Phoenix Express ("we", "us", "our") Drivers Hub. Please read them carefully before using the Hub.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Golden Phoenix Express (GPE) Drivers Hub ("Hub"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Hub.
Account Creation
- To access the Hub, you must create an account using a username and password, and you must link both your Discord and Steam accounts.
- During registration, you must complete a CAPTCHA (provided by Cloudflare Turnstile) to help prevent automated abuse.
- You are responsible for keeping your log in credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities
- Users must be at least 16 years old to register, or be 13+ with parental consent, in accordance with applicable laws.
- You must comply with all GPE's rules and guidelines, including but not limited to behavioural, event, and job logging policies.
- You agree not to use the Hub for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purposes, including but not limited to harassment, spamming, or sharing inappropriate content.
User Data & Privacy
- The Hub collects and stores account information (including username, hashed password, linked accounts IDs, profile details), activity data (job submissions, event participation, competitions) and feedback requests
- Some feedback, requests, and reports are sent to staff via Discord webhooks, and may not be stored in our own database.
- Additional usage data is collected via cookies and analytics for authentication and improvement purposes.
- We use secure databases (MongoDB Atlas and others) and implement measures to protect your data. Passwords are hashed and cannot be accessed in plain text.

Data Usage & Security
- Data collected is used to provide platform features, manage roles, jobs, events, competitions and improve user experience.
- You may view your own logged job details and profile information at any time.
- Download links provided are for software and tools used by GPE but not owned by GPE
- Account deletion is available upon request, and will remove your data from the Hub.
Third-Party Integrations
- The Hub integrates with external services including Discord, Steam, Google (APIs) and Cloudflare Turnstile.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data handling practices of these third-party services. Use of third-party features is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies
Limitations of Liability
- The Hub is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee completeness or availability.
- GPE and its administrators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Hub.
- You acknowledge that job/event logging and other features may rely on third-party APIs or integrations and may be unavailable or inaccurate due to external issues.
Changes to This Policy
GPE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. It's your responsibility to review this page
periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Drivers Hub after changes indicates your acceptance
of the updated policy.
Account Termination
- GPE may suspend or terminate account at its discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms, VTC (Virtual Trucking Company) rules, or disruptive behaviour.
- Upon termination, access to the Hub and related features will be revoked.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Golden Phoenix Express Virtual Trucking Company is based.
